Laxmikant has 35+ years experience in executing challenging assignments in the field of TQM / Deming Award Journey, Business Excellence, Continuous Improvements, Problem solving  in Automotive, Engine, Transmission, Auto component, Process and Service industry. He has worked closely and achieved / demonstrated results in Engineering and Technology transfer & Absorption, Vendor / parts development, Operations,  Customer QCD problem solving ( Domestic and Big 3 Auto OEMS). He has participated and lead several improvement programs, projects impacting Quality and Cost which has culminated into tangible financial  and intangible soft advantages across his organisation. Has worked seamlessly in different countries and with different cultural backgrounds.

Laxmikant is a keen learner and has a distinction of being trained and worked with direct guidance by Individual Deming Award winners like Dr Kano, and Dr Gregory Watson, and others like Prof Ayano and Dr David Hutchins. He has learnt advanced tools like Kano Model, CVM, X Matrix, QA Matrix and Vertical Evaluation and has deployed it. He has been trained in JUSE, Japan for Advance TQM and by Dr Kano several times.

Versatile Experience includes

• He has visited and conducted PPIA ( Product, Process Integrity Audits ) Audits for 1000+ manufacturing plant across USA, Mexico, Europe, China, Japan, Thailand, Malaysia and India.
• Component and its process development and parts in metal, non metal, machining, fabrication, sub assembly and assembly level, reliability testing for acceptance as a world class development is his strong point.
• Have Industry experience in USA, Mexico, Europe, Asia, China. 18 months of Gemba level experience in supplier and part development in China.
• He has led the development and routinization of Commercial Vehicle Transmission System for world famous German auto company with Flawless launch, Assembly line and part quality planning built in Poka yoke implementation. With ZERO PPM from day 1.
• Expert in Pro active and Re active quality approaches for right first time and correcting the defects respectively.
• Have led and managed 100s of Continuous Improvement projects in Quality, Cost & Delivery. The improvements have been acknowledged / recognized by Customer for quality & delivery, organizations for Cost.
• Have the distinction of Only ONE person in India, to have completed and experience of TQM Diagnosis by Deming Prize Committee for FOUR Organizations.
• As a Chief TQM Promoter Officer (CTO) he has successfully led the TQM / Deming Award Journey for 6 Group Companies till the TQM Diagnosis by the Deming Prize Committee in just 5 years duration.
• A Business Excellence System for implementation of four TQM vehicles viz. DWM, PM, QCC & CFM can be customized by him for an organization aspiring for TQM Journey / Deming Prize.
• Benchmarking done by visiting 10 Deming Award Wining Companies in Japan and India and deployed customized Best Practices in his previous organization.
• Have guided, trained, counselled 4 Cycles of Structured Policy Management
• Due to 4 cycles of TQM Diagnosis he knows what are don’ts in the TQM Journey. There are many consultant’s that know what to do but very few who know what not to do, he is one of them.
